For Retail Operations

Retail 15 is a specialized software that supports a wide range of mobile devices with bar-code scanning capability. Retail 15 allows the automation of workplace and inventory processes, Goods receiving, Stocktaking on the shopfloor or Stockroom.

Barcode scanning

A simple operation is scanning barcodes with entering the quantity. The result can be uploaded to any document of the core ERP system, in which there are items and quantity

Product information by barcode scanning

To view detailed information about item, it is enough to select it from the list or scan the barcode.

Printing to a mobile printer

Printing from a mobile device may be in demand when performing operations such as changing price tag information, labeling of goods or printing packaging lists.

Release of goods in the store

The program allows you to sales goods on the floor with the help of a mobile device. After scanning the screen shows the stocks and prices for the selected item. You can print the invoice directly from your mobile device.

Collaborative Operations

It is possible to have multiple operators (mobile devices) working on a single shipment (document) at the same time. Each operator working on the shipment will see in real-time changes made by colleagues working the same shipment. This is especially useful when working on larger shipments

Work Offline & Exchange with Cable

Retail 15 has the capability to of full off-line mode on portable data terminals (PDTs), where all necessary product data is downloaded to the device, and the device operates self-contained, until re-syncronised

Work Offline & Exchange wirelessly (for poor connection)

This mode allows functionality functions for working in a Wi-Fi network, for example to upload and download documents via Wi-Fi, without cable connection. If there is no network connection, you can work off-line.

Work Realtime

Capability to Support of full-online communication with Warehouse via Wi-Fi. Allows the device(s) to receive data on inventory, current stock balance and prices; print documents or create price tags; and create new documents in the accounting system using the hand held terminal

Data exchange via TXT and Excel

TXT and Excel exchange is supported in special licenses of any level (for the list of all licenses, see below). For implementation with Excel exchange, both *.xls and *.xlsx formats are supported. For implementation with text files exchange, there are no restrictions.

Work with product characteristics

Any scanning of a product takes into account its characteristics. It can be color, size, or something else. Working with characteristics allows you to avoid regrading. [regrading = simultaneous surplus and shortage of products of the same name, but of different varieties] A product can have several characteristics. If products with different characteristics have identical barcodes, the mobile device will offer to select the desired characteristic from the list.

Work with serial numbers

If a product is accounted for by a serial number, then it is not necessary to scan the product barcode first, and then the serial number. You can scan only the serial number barcode. The product will be identified by that barcode; the serial number will be recorded.

Work with product series

Warehouse 15 helps to account for goods in the context of series and expiration dates. The series and expiration dates are a section (analysis) of warehouse accounting. They can be indicated at the time of receipt, shipment of goods and in the documents of internal turnover.
